For some users, ivee will connect to the Wi-Fi, but still respond with server errors.
This may be because your router security authentication is setup with WEP. We've noticed issues with WEP. However, we're working on a fix for it, but there is no set date as to when it will be released.
One solution is to change your routers security to WPA or WPA2.
If that is not the issue, and ivee is still having trouble connecting, it could be hardware related. In that case, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org
